The Change Factor is a Newcastle-based change management consulting company. We provide end-to-end change management services and believe the change factor needs to be considered in every project, big or small.

To lead change with curiosity and kindness.

We are a small company making a big impact. Successful change management requires genuine curiosity and we use our own toolset based on inquiry and care when applying results driven change management.

  • Our own change management practices are grounded in positive psychology principles providing a method to approach all change functions with curiosity and care putting all people, be it the client, impacted stakeholders or customers as the centre and most important component of robust successful change management.

    Some changes are difficult; change fatigue and resistance to change are common and often expected in a change. At the Change Factor we bring an evidence based toolkit to help projects identify change fatigue, prepare for change, increase adoption and ultimately create culture that is ready for change.

    We spend time listening and conduct interviews and surveys to inform a people-first approach in everything we do.

    We will consult with you to learn about your upcoming changes and discuss change strategy options which can be scaled to suit budget and outcomes.

    We believe even if there are not ample resources for a full-time change manager or change management practice, the change factor cannot be ignored. We can assist in an uplift of change awareness and change maturity in your sales, product, project management and leadership teams.
